Two full levels of room to breathe
A second full living space made for downtime and late nights. Card Table, foosball, dartboard, over-the-door basketball, a karaoke machine with two mics, board games, and an electric fireplace with sound bar when the vibe calls for it. The game room that makes guests extend their trips.
Newly revamped with a gas grill, BBQ tools, plenty of seating, tiki torches, and string lighting for the perfect late-night vibe. A few steps away, the wood-burning fire pit sits surrounded by Adirondack chairs, shaded by trees, and made for the kind of conversations that go until 2am.
Room to actually roam. A zipline, ninja obstacle course, and cornhole set up seasonally (request ahead of booking). More than enough space for kids to run wild or grown-ups to space out. Guests have full access to the home, deck, fire features, and yard — the creek marks the boundary of private neighbor trails.
Fully stocked with cookware, pantry staples, and a complete coffee setup at The HoneyBar. Samsung appliances throughout — refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Two coffee makers, a Keurig, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and everything you need to actually cook. A Walmart 7 minutes down the road if you need it — not that you'll want to leave once you settle in.

The details that matter
Self check-in via keypad. Your personal access code is sent 48 hours before arrival. The garage and two basement storage closets remain locked.
Wheelchair accessible entry via the walkout basement. Pet gates available downstairs — one portable, one retractable — for four-legged guests.
Full access to the home, deck, fire features, yard, and all amenities. The creek marks the boundary of private neighbor trails — yard signs are present to distinguish these paths.
Oscillating fans plus central heating and air. An extra wall unit in the lower level for cooler months. Sound machines in three bedrooms for added quiet at night.
Pets welcome with prior approval, a signed agreement, and a pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 minimum fee. Assistance animals always welcome.
Zipline, ninja course, and cornhole are seasonal — request ahead of booking. Summer guests will find bug spray, citronella candles, and outdoor essentials stocked and ready.
