  • A valid government-issued ID is required at booking. The booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings are allowed.

  • Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children over age 2.

    • No unregistered overnight guests allowed.

    • Daytime visitors or events must be approved in advance.

    Please Inquiry if you are interested in having over 12 guests.

  • Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Your personal access code will be sent 48 hours before check-in.

  • Pets are welcome with prior approval, a signed agreement, and pet fee. Unauthorized pets = $250 minimum fee.

  • Yes — with prior host approval. Unauthorized events are prohibited and may lead to cancellation without refund.

  • HoneyComb is stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and cozy stay. We provide fresh bed linens, towels, basic toiletries, and a starter supply of paper goods and cleaning essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, and a few pantry staples like coffee, tea, and spices. You’ll also find a washer and dryer with detergent available for use.

    Outside, enjoy the fire pit, seasonal patio furniture, grill, and string lights. Inside, there’s a smart TV, Wi-Fi (rural area—may be spotty), board games, and a few personal touches to help you settle in and unwind.
